Mom arrived over the weekend. A day late + extra late, but she did finally make it. Itapos;s been nearly five years... Since she didnapos;t show saturday, we went to Amy and Gregapos;s mini-Octoberfest. It was pretty fun and there were many beers and politics yellings. Once Mom arrived Sunday afternoon, we went to Yen Jing for dinner and then hung out at home for a while. Unfortunately, something we ate that day must have been bad since both k and i got pretty nasty food poisoning. Yuck... Weapos;re both better now at least...
